Installing Ikaros
Ikaros works well under OS X (and other Unix-like systems) as well as on Windows.
There is currently no binary distribution of Ikaros so it needs to be compiled locally, but installing Ikaros is easy since it is relatively self contained. It involves the following steps:
- Download the latest version from the Ikaros web site or GitHub (not currently public)
- Download and install additional required libraries.
- Follow the instructions for the appropriate operating systems:
Once Ikaros is installed, you need to understand how to select an experiment file to run.
