Installing Ikaros

Ikaros works well under Linux and OS X (and other Unix-like systems) as well as on Windows.

Although Ikaros can run on any system with minimal tweaking, these are the systems currently used by the Ikaros group:

There is currently no binary distribution of Ikaros so it needs to be compiled locally, but installing Ikaros is easy since it is relatively self contained. It only involves a few steps that depends on the operating system:
